A Tribute To Our American Veterans
The National Veterans Museum takes visitors on a journey through dramatic, informative and interactive exhibits that define our nation through our veterans.
This interactive experience begins in a multi-media hologram theater that enables guests to better understand what our veterans must have felt throughout our nearly 240-year history. From there, a series of dynamic galleries and captivating exhibits give visitors a greater understanding of all American military conflicts including the Revolutionary War, the Civil War, World War I, World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War and the current War on Terror. State-of-the-art 3D and 4D technology pays tribute to the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and military reservists while transporting guests to the great battlefields of Bunker Hill and Gettysburg, Iwo Jima and Normandy.
Special touch-screen interfaces and forum stations throughout the Museum enable visitors to contribute their own personal messages to veterans, share their experiences and view tributes to fallen comrades; to learn first-hand what it’s like to share sacrifices with the men and women who defended this nation and fought to protect their freedoms.
The entire floor is a tribute to brave warriors who fought to keep our nation free; some giving up all their “tomorrows” dying much too young, while others live on to tell their stories.
